A two-million-pound mixed-use regeneration on Hounslow High Street, combining commercial space at ground level with residential units above.
The challenge
Mixed-use means two sets of requirements in one building: commercial fit-out standards and residential performance, all built on a busy high street with restricted access.
How we delivered it
A steel frame solution shortened the structural programme and freed up commercial floor space. Residential and commercial packages were procured separately but sequenced under one site programme.
